Planning Commission and Board of Adjustments

The main responsibility for the Planning and Zoning Commision is to make recommendations to the board of trustees upon referral or otherwise concerning matters related to planning, zoning or land use regulation. The Lake City Planning Commission and Board of Adjustments holds one workshop and one regular meeting typically on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
