In June of 2025 the Town of Lake City completed an inventory of capital facilities, infrastructure, and assets and developed a 10 year Capital Improvements Plan for 2025 through 2035 which includes the following:

·         Building Assets and Communication Facilities

·         Transportation Assets (Streets)

·         Parks and Associated Park Equipment and Recreational Facilities

·         Water Treatment and Distribution Systems

·         Vehicles and Heavy Machinery
